Repairs

Ok, the repairs were expensive, however, she’s worth it! A new clutch, flywheel, starter motor and batteries were needed to get Polka back to her best. The EDC fault that occurred in Germany was dirty fuel……. It had blocked up the fuel filters, so was a relatively easy fix. The mechanics were fabulous and have really given her a thorough…

Hiya I thought I’d better up date my blog…… Polka has led us a bit of a dance. The mechanics have given here a thorough going over….. So, new batteries, a new oil filter in place of the leaky one, and a new starter were all required. A few other little minor things too, but overall she’s in very good…

The ferry crossing went without a hitch, and we landed around 8.30. How would Polka perform? We decided to risk the motorways to Nottingham and she got us here safely.
