Send a Community Team

Maybe your church, school, rotary club or community group would like to send a whole team. Home Leone is set to receive you and enable you to come.

We provide orientation and debriefs, cover all the health and safety issues, ensure all the logistics (airfare, insurance, visas, accommodation, transport, food and drink) are in place to enable you to use your holiday and free time for good.

That’s just what 13 people did from 4 churches in Luton.  What an outstanding trip where the team helped build one of the warehouses in the mornings and visited community partners in the afternoon.  We also welcome people to come for a month or more.  We usually focus on a project whilst you are with us.

If you are an individual, couple or family wanting to go to other countries, we recommend contacting info@missiondirect.org.

Customer Retention and Relations

If you spend time overseas, doing good among the world’s poorest, with your top clients or customers, they will remain friends for life. A relatively small investment may enhance customer loyalty and enable you to better understand what is really important to them.

Contact Home Leone today to discuss a bespoke trip and invite your best customers on 07961 576769.

Cash Rich and Time Poor

Reality is we cannot all take a week out to assess the impact. Home Leone offers a bespoke 5 day trip that provides detailed insight as to what the charity is doing and how those who come to help can make a personal and lasting impact whilst gaining profound personal insights.

These can be bespoke groups or join a group of like-minded individuals on a trip for a week that will change your life and perspective.  The next trips are set for:

14-24 October April 2022

1-12 April 2023

By way of example…

Three senior directors and managers joined us on such a trip. They spent three mornings painting and plastering at a home for former child soldiers. They visited a number our partners across the city, gaining insight as to what is possible and seeing life “through the eyes of the poor.”

This insight inspired the company to gather a corporate team of 12 staff from across its business. It has since sent 4 teams, delivering a vocational training centre for children who were otherwise unemployed and had dropped out of school and wards in a hospital.
