Ok, the repairs were expensive, however, she’s worth it! A new clutch, flywheel, starter motor and batteries were needed to get Polka back to her best. Hiya I thought I’d better up date my blog…… Polka has led us a bit of a dance. The mechanics have given here a thorough going over….. So, new batteries, a new oil filter in place of the leaky one, and a new starter were all required. A few other little minor things too, but overall she’s in very good…

The ferry crossing went without a hitch, and we landed around 8.30. How would Polka perform? We decided to risk the motorways to Nottingham and she got us here safely.
