Dr Denis Sandy, Sierra Leone’s Minister of Lands Housing and the Environment, his Deputy Minister Rex Bhonapha, together with the Permanent Secretary, Directors and leaders, visited Destiny Village this week.  Starting with a game of table tennis and ending in lunch, they walked round the village gaining an insight in to our development and how it can help the nation.  They noted they had never seen anything like this before and Dr Sandy said “The President has to see this!”

When we started, Home Leone had to buy its own land to get started.  We will be meeting with Dr Sandy and his team to look at how the government may in future release land such that we can work do enable many thousands of homes and livelihoods to develop in the years to come, based on our approach.
