Home Leone operates from Destiny Village in Newton. It is an NGO with a vision to re-house all those living in slum and desperate conditions in Sierra Leone. Its first village already has over 200 residents, 60 low cost homes, livelihood opportunities, Destiny Grace Academy, businesses and much more.
Home Leone has considered its organisational structure and is now seeking to fill the following positions, based at Destiny Village.
- Construction Manager
- Construction Head Foreman
- Head of Site Operations
- Head of Purchasing and Stores
- Head of Finance
- General Manager for Water Bagging and Brick Making Businesses
- Head of Human Resources and Training
- Head of Sierra Leone Fund Raising
- Head of Individual Development and Training
