We are thrilled to announce the Ben Okagbue (pictured here with myself and 2 trustees Dr Clive Thursfield and Dr Rebekah Taylor), has been appointed as our Chief Operating Officer (COO). He will arrive in Freetown on 5 September to take up his leading in country role with Home Leone.
Ben spent his teenage years in Freetown and comes with a wealth of housing and management experience. He is a Christian with a passion to deliver low cost homes. He found that our visions were so aligned and by joining Home Leone we can do so much more together. His work in the UK, Nigeria and The Gambia has prepared him well.
