Can I choose to donate money to a specific project or item?

Yes. You can donate to a specific project. We have a wide variety to choose from – just let us know when you donate and select a project, or supporting an overseas staff member, tackling the issues closest to your heart.

I make a regular donation to Home Leone. How can I change the amount I donate?

Please get in touch with your bank and authorise it change the standing order to the new amount you would like.  It would be most helpful if you could tell us of any change you make so we can expect it by e mailing info@homeleone.org.

I make a regular donation to Home Leone. How do I update my bank details with Home Leone?

Please download our standing order form and complete it and send it to your new bank.  Then don’t forget to cancel the standing order with your old bank!

How do I cancel my donation to Home Leone?

Thank you for supporting Home Leone. Your donation is extremely valuable to us, so we’d be grateful for the opportunity to discuss your reasons for cancelling. If you can’t maintain your current level of giving, a smaller amount would still be very much appreciated. Please call us on 07961 576769. Alternatively, you can contact us to cancel by e mailing us at info@homeleone.org.

Please note, for Standing Order donations, you will need to contact your bank directly to cancel. Your bank will only take instruction from you. We would however be grateful if you could let us know you have done this, so that we can amend our records. Thank you.

Do my donations qualify for Gift Aid?

Your donation qualifies for Gift Aid if you pay tax in the UK, and have signed the Gift Aid declaration. Every £1 that you donate with Gift Aid is worth £1.25 to Home Leone at no extra cost to you. For more information go t0 Gift Aid Explained.

How can I get updates on Home Leone’s work?

You can sign up to receive free email updates, with regular news of our work and what you can do to support it.  For further information or to sign up to receive updates by post, please give us a call on 07961 576769 or fill out our online enquiry form.

I have raised some money for Home Leone. Where should I send the cheque?

Thank you so much for raising money for Home Leone, we really appreciate your support! Please send us a cheque made payable to ‘Home Leone’ to:

Why is regular giving important?

Regular giving is the best way to support Home Leone. It lets us plan our work more effectively: to help people to improve their lives through long-term development programmes to achieve lasting change. It also means we have a flexible and reliable income we can always count on.

Can I donate goods as well as money?

If you have something, you think may be helpful then do get in touch and ask us.  If it has a value to be sold, if you could go to ebay and select Home Leone as your beneficial charity and sell it on our behalf, that would be wonderful.
