It is an honour that the amazing charity “One Kind Act” have chosen to get behind Home Leone’s vision. They held a Garden party on 12 August which proved to be so timely, as the loss of life and housing in Sierra Leone happened, with the collapse of Sugar Mountain, only 2 days later.
Gathering about 175 people in a garden they raised nearly all the money in the aim to build a block of 8 homes, the direct cost being £40,000. Do have a look at their website onekindact.org.
We are deeply grateful for this wonderful initiative and guest not only gave generously but some are in discussions about sending corporate teams and other ways to help.
