It’s great when a plan comes together. This morning we had sketched the 20 acre site out and have a clear plan for what we can do. Initially there will be 304 homes, which could rise to 350. The school, football and basketball pitch alongside the community centre and market areas will provide a sense of space.
After we surveyed the land it was clear there was more room than we originally thought. This meant we could extend the business area, creating residents jobs and that every house gets an allotment. As we drew the houses, then expertise round the table meant a great solution.
Thank you for your encouragement and prayer. To complete the site, offering a home and job to over 1,500 people will cost around £3million. Step by step we will build as resources allow.
